Orders

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@sileneo.com. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted — but we will do our best to help.
Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at support@sileneo.com with the name and email used during checkout and we'll look into it for you.
Yes! You can check out as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders and manage your information for future purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that international orders may take longer due to customs processing.
Yes, we ship worldwide! Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by your country's authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders of $150.00 or more. For orders under $150, standard shipping starts at $8.99.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items cannot be returned.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.
To initiate a return, email us at support@sileneo.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

To keep your pieces looking their best, we recommend washing in cold water on a gentle cycle and laying flat to dry. Avoid bleach, fabric softeners, and tumble drying, as these can break down the fabric's performance properties.
