At Sileneo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. Items returned after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in the original packaging
  • Include all original tags, accessories, and documentation
  • Not be a final sale item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Sileneo does not provide prepaid return labels.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@sileneo.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@sileneo.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions
  3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided
  4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed
